At Low Cost Strata Managers we know that low body corporate fees are important. But low strata management fees are of little value if the service is poor, phone calls are not returned and emails remain unanswered. This is why we have chosen to remain  a small, family owners corporation management business. We do not employ staff so your owners corporation will be managed exclusively by Judy Staley, the owner of Low Cost Strata Managers. After all, we don't believe anyone cares more about service and customer satisfaction than the owners of a business!

 

SUPER CHEAP MANAGEMENT FEE

Before we introduced our affordable fee service we spoke to dozens and dozens of owners corporation members to see what they liked and disliked about their current body corporate managers fee structure. One of the most common complaints was that the manager quoted a management fee but did not reveal that they also charged a host of additional fees for printing, maintenance, responding to emails etc. Following this feedback we decided to abolish many of the fees that are considered standard in the Owners Corporation industry.

 

NO CHARGE FOR AFTER HOURS MEETINGS

Unlike our competitors we do not charge any additional fee to hold your body corporate annual general meetings after hours. Whilst most strata managers will charge an hourly rate for meetings that start after 5.30pm or simply will not conduct week-end meetings we offer this service as part of our fixed, all inclusive body corporate management fee.

 

NO MINIMUM FEE

We have chosen to offer our unique service to smaller owners corporations as these are generally the body corporates that are being grossly overcharged by the strata industry. We have no minimum fee - if your body corporate has 3 lots it will only pay for us to manage 3 lots. As a small family run business we treat all our owners corporation clients as valued and respected clients and we work extremely hard to ensure their complete satisfaction and retain the management of their body corporate.

 

CLEAR, ACCURATE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Quite often when we collect the owners corporation records from other strata managers we cannot work out what their financial reports actually mean. And we work in the strata management business every day! No wonder so many clients are crying out for an easy to understand set of financial reports. We will not bamboozle the members of your body corporate with pages and pages of useless and repeated reports. Each Owners Corporation has its own bank account and owners receive the bank statement with the AGM documents or at any time they request it though out the year. Our reports are clear, accurate and very easy to understand.
