A little bit about us by Judy

After commencing working in Real Estate in 1985, firstly in Sales then followed by Property Management and Owners Corporation, Gary started Low Cost Strata Managers in 2011.  The business grew rapidly, and in 2012 I joined him after several years of working as a Property Manager and Trust Accountant.

Our aim was always to be a small family business and although at times we have managed large Owners Corporations our preference has always been to manage the smaller ones as we like to be able to provide the personal touch.

​

As Low Cost Strata Managers portfolio increased the office was permanently setup in our our home and at times in our caravan. 

We happily travelled to many parts of Australia and even had a few overseas trips and cruises - the office simply came with us!

These are now cherished memories.

Sadly in December 2019 Gary suddenly and unexpectedly passed away 

at only 63 years old, leaving behind our three sons, their families

and our adored grandchildren.

​

We all miss Gary every single day but I am continuing on Low Cost Strata Managers alone and following all the procedures and systems that Gary set up and plan to continue on for many years to come. Gary always wanted one of the grandchildren to take over the running of the business and who knows maybe that will happen one day.
